NEWARK, NJ–The NJIT women's basketball team will wrap up its America East Conference regular season road slate on Wednesday, February 23 when the Highlanders visit New Hampshire.

Game Information
Tip-off is slated for 6pm inside Lundholm Gymnasium and for those not able to attend the game can watch televised on ESPN+ with in-game statistics available on UNHWildcats.com

All-Time Series
New Hampshire leads the all-time series, 4-2.

NJIT defeated the Wildcats in its first meeting of the season, 64-48, on February 9 in Newark.

America East Conference Postseason Tournament
NJIT bounced back into the win column with its 58-51 win over UMass Lowell, moving to 14-12 overall, 9-6 in the America East.  With the season series sweep against UMass Lowell, NJIT will hold the fourth-seed in the America East Conference Tournament next month.

14 Wins for NJIT … And Counting
NJIT recorded its 14th win of the season vs. UMass Lowell on February 21.  The 14 wins are the second highest win total for NJIT at the Division I level.

The 16 wins in 2012-13 is the highest wins total in the Division I era (began 2006-07) when the Highlanders captured the 2013 Great West Conference Tournament title.

Eight Road Wins
The eight road wins this season is a new NJIT Division I mark.  NJIT is 8-7 away from NJIT's Wellness and Events Center.

Last Time Out
The NJIT women's basketball team swept the season series from UMass Lowell, pouring in 27 fourth quarter points in the Highlanders 58-51 win at home over the River Hawks in a pivotal America East Conference victory Monday evening inside NJIT's Wellness and Events Center.

The Highlanders were led by graduate student Ellyn Stoll who netted a game-best 19 points on 4-of-7 from three-point range, and 5-of-6 from the free throw line.  

Lyzi Litwinko just missed notching a double-double with 10 points and nine rebounds, shooting 5-for-9 from the field.  

Aria Myers came off the bench to score nine points, pull down four rebounds and dish out four assists in 30 minutes of action.  The nine points is a season-best mark.

Next Up
NJIT will wrap up America East Conference regular season action at home on Saturday, February 26 at 2pm when the Highlanders host Hartford.  In pregame ceremonies, NJIT will honor its four graduating seniors – Ellyn Stoll, Kimi Evans, Samantha Schultz and Maddie Martin.
