Coach Lane on Litwinko: "Lyzi is a strong, clever point guard who is a creative scorer, has exceptional court vision and rebounds from her position very well."

Enters her senior campaign with 755 career points, 388 rebounds, 182 assists, 84 games and 76 steals.

2023-24: Appeared in 23 games, including 16 starts. ... averaged 7.5ppg and 4.3rpg. .. nine double-digit scoring games. ... season-best 15pts vs. UMBC (1.27.24).

2022-23: Started 16 games until sidelined due to injury. ... scored in double-figures in six games, including one double-double (13 points, 12 rebounds) at LIU (11.22.22).

2021-22: America East Conference third team. ... third on the Highlander squad averaging 10.7ppg while leading the team with 7.1rpg.  The 5-foot-8 guard ranks fourth in the America East in rebounding. ...Litwinko has recorded three double-doubles, including a new personal-best mark of 22 points at Binghamton on January 22.  Her 13 rebounds at Binghamton matches her personal-best mark (vs. New Hampshire in 2021). ...In addition to ranking in the top four in rebounding in the America East, Litwinko ranks sixth in free throw percentage (.732), 13th in minutes played (30.9) and 18th in assists (2.1).

2020-21: Selected to the America East All-Rookie team and named America East Rookie of the Week five times. She averaged 8.5ppg and 6.4rpg, including two double-doubles.  She ranked fourth in assists and seventh in rebounding in the America East. This season, she combined for seven double-doubles with a season best 14 points vs. Vermont and New Hampshire Her 13 rebounds vs. Hartford is a personal-best mark. She dished out at least one assist in every contest this season with a season-best 6 assists vs. UMass Lowell and New Hampshire. ... NJIT's Newcomer of the Year. ... Prior to NJIT: Litwinko, a four-time All-Conference honoree for Berlin High School, wrapped up her four-year career as the all-time leading scorer (1,414 points) and tops the record books for rebounds in a single season (250).  In addition, Litwinko holds the school record for most free throws made (384) and assists (328). ...two-time All-State honoree, led the Redcoats to the top overall seed in the 2020 Class MM State Tournament and guided her team in 2019, to the Class M Semifinals, netting her 1,000th point during the state tournament as a junior. ...three-year captain was selected to play in a pair of All-Star games (Senior and JCC), after averaging 16.5ppg, 6.2rpg, 3.4apg, during her senior campaign.  ...earned MaxPreps/WBCA Region 1 Player of the Week (Feb. 10 - Feb. 16) and played AAU for CT Heights. ...In addition to basketball, Litwinko was a three-year member of the women's volleyball program, earning all-state honors as a senior.
