NEWARK, NJ - The NJIT women's volleyball team was defeated in straight sets by visiting New Hampshire in America East action on Friday evening at the Wellness and Events Center.
UNH took the opening set 25-20, before winning the second and third sets 25-16 and 25-15, respectively, to win its fifth-straight match.
The Highlanders were led by
Adriana Goetz-Morales, who finished with a match-best 12 kills to go along with a pair of service aces.
Juliana Impaglia handled the setting duties for NJIT and dished out 25 assists, while
Courtney Branch led the Highlanders with three blocks, including one solo block.
NJIT returns to action on Sunday when it travels to Hartford for another America East Conference match. First serve is slated for 3pm in West Hartford.
