KENNESAW, GA—The NJIT men's tennis team dropped its fourth straight 6-1 decision, falling Thursday at Kennesaw State in Atlantic Sun Conference men's tennis action at the Betty L. Siegel Student Recreation & Activities Center.
The Owls (9-7, 1-3 A-Sun) won the doubles point and recorded five out of six singles contests to earn their first win in conference play.  NJIT drops to 8-7 overall, 0-4 in the league.

Andres Alban picked up the Highlanders only win on the day at third singles.  Alban won in straight sets, 6-4, 7-6 (10) against Kennesaw State's David Durham.
The Highlanders return to action on Saturday at Lipscomb.  The match is scheduled to begin at 2pm.
