JACKSONVILLE, FL—Visiting NJIT dropped a 6-1 decision at North Florida Sunday morning in Atlantic Sun Conference men's tennis action at the UNF Tennis Complex.

North Florida, winner of its last three matches, improves to 3-1 in the A-Sun and 8-10 overall, while the Highlanders fall to 0-3 in the A-Sun, 8-5 overall.

The Ospreys earned the doubles point with identical 6-2 scores at second and third doubles, while taking  five out of six singles contests for the 6-1 victory.

NJIT's lone point came at the sixth spot with Richard Rangga combining for a straight set victory, 6-3, 6-3 against Andrey Alawi.

The Highlanders, who will play their next four matches on the road, visit St. John's on Tuesday at 3pm.
