NEWARK, NJ—Visiting Stetson recorded its second straight 4-3 men's tennis victory, winning at NJIT Saturday afternoon in the Highlanders' Atlantic Sun Conference debut at the Naimoli Family Athletic and Recreational Facility.
Stetson picked up its third-straight victory, improving to 9-8 overall and 2-0 in A-Sun play, while the Highlanders' six-match win streak was halted Saturday, dropping NJIT to 8-3 overall, 0-1 in the league.
The Highlanders picked up the doubles point, with wins at first and third doubles, but the visiting Hatters recorded wins at the first four singles spots to secure the 4-3 victory at NJIT.

Arnaud Holl swept Stetson, 6-0, at the first doubles spot while
Jan Cimrman and
Zac Castagna were 7-6 (11-9) winners at third doubles.
NJIT won at fifth and sixth singles, by retirement, earning two points.
The Highlanders will make its first A-Sun road trip to Florida to face Florida Gulf Coast on March 31 at 2pm.
