ALBANY, NY—Nathalie Habegger was the lone singles winner for NJIT at University at Albany, as the Highlanders dropped a 6-1 decision.

UAlbany, winner of four of its last five contests, improves to 11-8 on the season. 

The Highlanders close out the regular season on Saturday at Binghamton before opening play at the 2015 America East Tournament hosted by the Bearcats on April 24.

Habegger, competing at the second spot, won in straight sets against Cheryl Kukkonen, 7-5, 6-4.
