NEWARK, NJ—NJIT freshman Tony Sorgi will represent the school in the 2009 Mid-Atlantic/South Regional fencing championships to be hosted by Drew University in Madison, NJ, on Saturday, March 7.

Sorgi, who is from Glen Gardener, NJ, and graduated from Voorhees Regional High School,  competes in the foil. He was 19-23 this season in varsity bouts.
