In game two of Baseball's weekend series against North Alabama, Tyler Stafflinger was brilliant on the mound. Staffinger notched his second win of the season, pitching 8.0 innings, allowing just two hits and fanning a season-best eight Lion batters in the 10-0 shutout victory. Stafflinger retired the last 15 batters before handing off to freshman righty Joe Georgini, who pitched a perfect ninth inning, striking out one Lion batter.
