2006: Female Newcomer of the Year for the entire NJIT program, as well as women’s volleyball MVP … NCAA Division I Independent Newcomer of the Week twice … led the Highlanders in kills (2.78), blocks (0.81) and points per game (3.74) … started all 31 matches, while posting 11 double-figure kills games, with a career-high 30 kills against Maryland Eastern-Shore on November 4.
Prior to NJIT: All-Tournament at Effingham, IL, playing for coach Helen Buckley at Nerinx Hall HS in Webster Grove, MO … had 145 kills and 70 blocks as a senior in a league that produced the 2004 national Player of the Year … most improved on her high school team … played club volleyball for Swic 181 … also competed in high school track and field and swimming.
