Coach Lane on Bravo: "I am very excited about adding Marina to our roste. She is a big presence on both sides of the floor. On the defensive end, she protects the rim and alters shots in the paint with her size, length and IQ and on the offensive end her shooting touch, passing and screening will fit in nicely with our style of play."

Prior to NJIT: A native of Madrid, Spain, Bravo attended Archbishop Riordan High School in San Francisco, California and played for Bay City Basketball, where she developed into a versatile player with the size, skill, and international experience to make an impact at the collegiate level.  Bravo helped lead her team to a Madrid regional championship. She earned tournament Most Valuable Player honors during the championship run and served as team captain, showcasing both her leadership abilities and competitive drive.
