2023-24: Member of the NJIT women's basketball program.

2022-23: Played in 12 games. ... scored three points at Vermont (2.18.23).

2021-22: Saw action in four games.

2020-21: Played in four games. ... eight points, six rebounds in first collegiate contest against Saint Peter’s (11.25.20).

Prior to NJIT:  A three-time first-team All-Conference and All-Sectional honoree, Syrek ranked No. 1 in the state of Indiana in double-doubles (21 of 26 games) and blocks (138). ...Syrek was the single-season leader in blocks and all-time leading rebounder and shot blocker at University High School of Indiana. ...at University High School of Indiana, Syrek was selected 2019 Preseason Central Indiana Girls' Super Team and Indy-Area Girls Fab 15. ...as a junior, the 6-foot-2 power forward was selected Indiana Basketball Coaches Association (IBCA) Underclassman All-State Supreme 15, Indiana Junior All-Star and All-USA Central Indiana Super Team. ...during Syrek's sophomore campaign, the All-Regional honoree was selected AP All-State honorable mention, IBCA Small School All-State, Central Indiana Super Team honorable mention and first-team All-Hamilton County.  The 2017-18 most outstanding player set the single season record for blocks (105), rebounds (360) and was ranked No. 1 in the state of Indiana in double-doubles (21-out-of-26 games). ...Syrek started off her high school career, earning AP All-State and IBCA All-State Honorable Mention after, registering 102 blocks in a single season.  She was named the 2016-17 most outstanding player.
