Coach Lanpher on Hakilah Hudson: “Hakilah Hudson is a very athletic player who can play multiple positions and score in a variety of ways.  She has been an accomplished high school player who brings us instant athleticism, speed and strength at the wing position.  She will be look upon to provide additional strength at the wing position.” 

2016-17: Did not play due to injury.

Prior to NJIT: Hakilah Hudson, a forward from Virginia, was selected first-team All-Conference 11 for her play on the court as a senior at Henrico High School.  A 1000-point scorer at Henrico, Hudson earned team MVP honors as a sophomore, junior and senior. ...Off the court, Hudson was a recipient of the US Army Reserve National Scholar and Athlete Award.
