Edward Jules joined NJIT as an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach in August 2023.
Prior to joining NJIT, Jules was a Summer Volunteer Strength & Conditioning Coach (June 2023) at Rutgers, assisting in writing programs for the Women's Field Hockey, Men's Basketball and Men's Soccer teams. Jules learned how to use/integrate technologies such as Polar Team pro GPS and Sparta Science Force Plate to have metrics for each student-athlete.Â
He served as Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at NYU (July 2022-June 2023), assisting the head coach with 21 varsity sports and performance testing.Â
Jules served as the Director of Sports Performance at Redline Athletics where he was responsible for all aspects of the strength and conditioning programs.
A former intern at Seton Hall University, Jules worked the Pirates’ NCAA Division I teams, including men's & women's basketball, and men's & women's cross country, and women’s volleyball.
Jules is a 2016 graduate of Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and is currently pursuing his master’s degree in Applied Kinesiology from the University of Florida.
He is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
