Blackmon's Career Best Times

2024-25: Competed in 11 meets...earned a bronze medal in the 200 free relay (1:21.45) at the America East Championships...won the 400 medley relay (3:25.78) against Monmouth...won the 100 backstroke with a season-best time of 50.82 against Marist...won the 200 medley relay (1:34.71) against Iona.

2023-24: Competed in 10 meets...broke the WEC record in the 50 backstroke (22.60) and 100 backstroke (49.39) against Rider...broke the school record in the 200 Free Relay (1:20.93) at the America East Championships...recorded personal-best times in the 50 freestyle (20.97) and 100 freestyle (46:36) at the America East Championships. 

2022-23: Competed in 11 meets...added two relay medals (200 Free/Medley Relay) at the America East Championships, pushing his career tally to four...held school records in 50 Back, 200 Free Relay and 200 Medley Relay at season's end - all set at AEs.

2021-22:  Earned his first two America East Championships bronze medals (200 Free/Medley Relay) as a freshman.

Prior To NJIT: Competed at Redmond for head coach Julie Barashkoff and Wave Aquatics for coach Chad Winkle...Four-year Team MVP for high school and travel teams...Team Captain at Redmond as a senior...western zone 2016 200 fly champion.

Personal: Aidan Earle Blackmon...son of Si and Steven Blackmon...intends to major in Biomedical Engineering.
