Coach Barboto on Gaeir: "JJ is a very strong athletic player that brings previous college experience to our defense," said 2019 ASUN Conference Coach of the Year Barboto.  "He will look to help give us depth on the flanks."

Prior to NJIT: A transfer from Point Loma Nazarene, Gaeir played two seasons and was named to the Dean's List. ...the 5-foot-10 midfielder comes to NJIT from Alpine, California, where he earned back-to-back first-team all-league honors at Granite Hills High School. ...played for San Diego United Soccer Club.
