Biography

2015-16: Competed in six out of nine meets for the Highlanders. … at the ECAC Winter Championships swam a season-best 57.37 in the 100 fly, and a career-best 1:57.84 in the 200 free, while also swimming in the 50,100 free events.

2014-15: Swam two personal-best times at the CCSA Championships, 56.68 in the 100-yard butterfly and 52.19 in the 100-yard freestyle. ... Placed 15th at the CCSA Championships in the 200-yard butterfly with a season-best time of 2:11.16. ...swam the 50-yard free in 23.97 at the CCSA Winter Championships.

2013-14: Placed 3rd in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 5:20.70 against Ramapo. ...swam a season-best 58.69 in the 100-yard butterfly placing 4th against Fairfield. ...swam a season-best 55.80 in the 100-yard freestyle placing 7th against Loyola. ...swam a season-best 2:10.08 in the 200-yard butterfly at the CCSA Finals.

Prior to NJIT: Bransky, of Scotch Plains, NJ swam at Scotch Plains Fanwood High School (Coaches Jess Hulnik and Judith Sharkey) as well as on the Fanwood Scotch Plains YMCA Piranhas (Coach Chris Karelus) and the JCC of Central New Jersey Barracudas (Coach Laura Bransky). In 2011 and 2012 Adam was named Most Improved Swimmer at Scotch Plains Fanwood High School and was Senior Captain of the swim team. Adam earned his Eagle Scout in 2012.

I choose NJIT Swimming & Diving because of how close the team felt, the strong bonds that were shared by the team, and the coaching staff that is dedicated to our success
