The leadership academy is part of the overall student athlete development program within NJIT athletics. The student athletes listed were nominated by their coaches and completed a semester-long program aimed at enhancing their existing leadership skills. Through meaningful collaboration, effective communication and thought-provoking concepts, members of this year's leadership academy have refined their ability to be influential on the field, in the classroom, and in life.
