2017-18: Did not compete.
2016-17: In his first season at NJIT, Massa combined for a 36-12 overall mark....posted a 6-1 mark at the MACFA B vs. C Invitational and went 9-4 at the MACFA Championships.
Prior to NJIT: Attended Ridge High School and lettered in boys fencing. ... part of the Ridge boys fencing two-time state champion team. ... typically a foilest, but due to the 2015 graduation of three saber fencers was switched to saber his senior year. ... went 3-0 in the 2016 state final on the saber A strip including a 5-4 defeat of favorite sophomore Mitchell Buteau leading his team to a 14-13 victory over Bernards.
