2014: Appeared in 13 matches, with nine starts. ...tallied one goal and one assist in his freshman season. ... scored his first career goal in the Highlanders 1-1 tie on October 15 against Central Connecticut and recorded his first assist in the Highlanders 5-0 victory over Howard on October 25.

Prior to NJIT: Conrads, a midfielder, was selected third-team all-state (all groups), first-team all-Group 2 and first-team all-West Jersey by The Star-Ledger for his play on the field as a senior for Newton High, which finished 2013 with a 24-2-2 record and a third straight North Jersey Section 1, Group 2 championship (Newton won the Group 2 state championship in 2012, become the only Sussex County team ever to achieve that feat in boys soccer; Conrads had a goal and six assists in the 2012 postseason title run). ...he was voted Sussex County's top player by its coaches after posting 15 goals and 29 assists as a senior and was selected to play in the Soccer Coaches Association of New Jersey senior all-star game.  For his career, Conrads had 38 goals, 44 assists and was a three-time First Team All-West Jersey selection by The Star-Ledger. ...also Newton High's all-time scoring leader in ice hockey, Conrads was one of 12 national finalists for the 2013 Wendy's High School Heisman in December. He was one of 48,000 national applicants for the honor and one of 51 from New Jersey before continuing through as one of 12 national finalists for the High School Heisman.
