Prior to NJIT: Forward from Albany, NY, and Colonie Central High School, combines a 6-foot-2, 185-pound frame with speed that made him a state semifinalist in the 55-meter dash and part of a 4 x 400 relay team that won its heat at the famed Penn Relays.  On the pitch, he scored 26 goals and was named Player of the Year by the Times-Union newspaper of Albany and Offensive Player of the Year by the Troy (NY) Record. He was co-Player of the Year in New York State Section II. He had seven goals and 11 assists as a junior.
