At NJIT ... 2008: EIVA all-Academic team. .. one of six seniors on the 2008 Highlanders, had another strong season in 2008, as the Highlanders competed against the top programs in the East in the EIVA Tait Division. Paludo led the team with 368 kills (3.79) and ranks eighth nationally with 48 service aces (0.49). He posted a season-high five service aces against Saint Francis (PA) on March 8. Paludo, who has played the last three years at NJIT has compiled 1,112 kills. 

2007: EIVA all-East 2nd team and all-Academic ... ranked nationally in four categories--t12th in ppg (5.03); 13th in kills pg (4.38), 14th in services aces with 35 and 18th in digs (2.16) ... EIVA Hay Player of the Week four times ... 407 kills (5th in the EIVA) ... career-high 37 kills vs. East Stroudsburg (March 6), the most in a match for NJIT in two seasons. The 37 kills in five games tied him for second with Paul Carroll (Pepperdine) in the AVCA 30-Kill Club.

2006: EIVA all-Academic ... tied for 19th in the nation with 4.12 kills pg and 8th in aces (.38); tied for 20th with 4.80 ppg ... team-best 379 kills (4.12 pg) and 163 digs (1.77 pg); second in aces ... EIVA Player of the Week (April 18). 

Prior to NJIT: Starred at Lees-McCrae as a freshman in 2005. . ... played for coach Carlos Henrique Brito de Oliveira at Escola Barao do Rio Branco and won a state championship.
