​WALTHAM, MA–The NJIT men's and women's fencing teams competed at the Eric Sollee Invitational hosted by Brandeis Saturday afternoon.

Leading the way for the NJIT men was Paul Veltrup who went a perfect 12-0, pacing the epee squad to a 28-8 overall record on the day.  Fabio Mastromarino combined for a 10-2 record.

The women were paced by Stella Frias with an 8-1 mark in women's foil while Dila Erdogan combined for eight wins in the women's saber competition.

The NJIT men will return to action on Sunday and competed at the MACFA B Round Robin Invitational hosted by Stevens.  The meet will begin at 10am.
