NEWARK, N.J. - The NJIT swimming and diving team (0-3) hosts its Senior Day meet against Rider (2-4) on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at the Joel and Diane Bloom Wellness and Events Center (BWEC). The meet will be streamed live on America East TV with Ira Thor on the call.

Seven seniors will be honored before the meet at 12:45 p.m., including
Oxford Bayley,
RJ Farina,
Zac Kuzak,
Michael McGillycuddy,
Hirad Sharifian,
Reilly Vann, and
Keegan Wooding.

At the ECAC Championship, the Highlanders finished in second place with 1,599 points and earned six medals.

Yonatan Ahdut leads the America East in the 1,000 free (9:17.39) and 1,650 free (15:29.90). His 1,000 free time is a school record and CSCAA A-cut time. Ahdut also ranks fourth in the conference in the 500 free with a time of 4:30.77 at the ECAC Championship.

Borys Endle has the only sub-2-minute 200 breast time (1:56.97) in the America East. He also ranks second in the conference in the 400 IM with a time of 3:58.56 at the ECAC Championship.

Andrew Cellar leads the conference with a personal-best 200 back time of 1:46.10. He also ranks fourth in the 100 back (49.46) and sixth in the 50 back (23.06).

Mohamed Walid (1:49.84) and
Pawel Drzymala (1:50.08) rank fourth and fifth in the America East in the 200 fly. Drzymala also sits fourth in the conference in the 1,000 free with a personal-best time of 9:34.75 against Bryant.

Scouting Rider
The Broncs hold a 2-4 record in dual meets this season, most recently falling to Fordham, 124-115, on Jan. 13.

The all-time series in dual meets is tied 2-2, but the Highlanders have won the last two matchups, including a 178-113 win last season.
