POUGHKEEPSIE, NY–The NJIT men's and women's fencing teams concluded the 2024 slate at the Traditional Meet hosted by Vassar Sunday.

Leading the way for the men was Niels Roubailo with a 14-4 overall mark in the men's epee. Roubailo went 3-0 against Vassar and Sacred Heart. Josh Schaefer combined for an 8-4 record in the men's foil competition. Christopher Cortez picked up 11 wins for NJIT on the men's saber strip, going 3-0 against Vassar and Sacred Heart.

Stella Frias paced the NJIT women in the foil competition, registering an 11-4 overall mark. Elena Fernandez Negron followed with nine wins. In women's epee, Gala Krsmanovic posted eight wins.
