NEWARK, N.J. --- The 2023-24 campaign for the NJIT men's swimming and diving team begins this weekend (October 6) as the Highlanders travel to face the Iona Gaels in New Rochelle, N.Y.

NJIT's Drew Casey caught up with Head Coach Ron Farina to preview the upcoming campaign, the mix of experience and youth on the roster, and the rest of a competitive schedule. Casey also spoke with senior captain Ian Horstkamp-Vinekar and chatted about the Cumberland, R.I. native's time at NJIT, preparing for this season, and moving into a bigger leadership role.
