Last Time Out for NJIT
Drexel scored a pair of goals in the second half on its way to a 2-1 victory over visiting NJIT Tuesday evening in men's soccer non-conference action at Vidas Field.

NJIT evened the score at 1-1 in the 67th minute on a right-footed strike by junior Jose Adames, who tucked away his first goal of the season into the top right portion of the goal.

The Dragons regained the lead, 2-1, in the 85th minute on a goal by Joey Martini, his second of the season.  Patrick Murphy was credited with the assist.

The Highlanders had an opportunity to tie the score at 2-2 a minute later on a shot by freshman Goncalo Franco but was denied by Drexel's keeper Stephen Kopsachilis.
