NEWARK, NJ--Nolan Wollmer, a 6-foot-5 opposite hitter, will join the men's volleyball 2021 roster head coach Danny Goncalves announced.
Wollmer joins outside hitter Ka'ala Deitch from Keaau, HI and setter Griffin Fieseler from Bound Brook, NJ.
Wollmer from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, attended Whitefish Bay High School, earning 2019 North Shore Conference Player of the Year and second-team All-State accolades.
"Nolan has a super fast arm with a just as impressive vertical," Goncalves added. "We're excited to have him in the gym."
He played for MVC-18, which placed second in the nation for the 2019-2020 club season.
In addition to volleyball, Wollmer was a State Champion in the high jump and seventh in the long jump.
Wollmer intends to major in digital design at NJIT in the Fall 2020.
