The game will be streamed live on the Highlander Sports Network via Njithighlanders.com/watch.  You can also follow along online via live stats.

Scouting the Highlanders
NJIT (2-2-3) will look to get back into the win column on Tuesday, hosting Seton Hall.

Both of the Highlanders' wins have come via shutout, while both losses were by just one goal.  NJIT has outscored its opponents so far this season, 14-8.

Top goal scorer redshirt junior Rene White is the ASUN leader in total goals (6) and points (13) while teammate Andrew Nino top the league in assists (4) and sits tied for third in points (6) with freshman Alejandro Rabell.

Freshman keeper Samuel Reisgys paces the ASUN in total saves (34) and save percentage (.810).

Last Time Out
Stetson's William Suaut scored the lone goal of the match in the 77th minute, leading the Hatters to a 1-0 victory over visiting NJIT in the ASUN Conference men's soccer opener at the Athletic Training Center Saturday evening.

Three different Highlanders registered a shot in the match -- Rene White, Gerald Cubero and Juan Zapata.

2019 NJIT Outlook
After finishing with a 6-11-0 overall mark last season, fourth-year head coach Fernando Barboto will feature 11 newcomers as the Highlanders open the brand new state-of-the-art facility, Lubetkin Field at Mal Simon Stadium.

Rene White, named to the ASUN Preseason All-Conference team, returns after a 2018 season which saw him lead the team in goals (11) and points (24). His totals in both statistical categories ranked him third in the ASUN for the season and helped him earn an ASUN All-Conference Second Team selection.

Scouting Seton Hall
Seton Hall enters Tuesday's match with a 1-4 overall record.

A first-half goal by the Providence Friars off a corner kick was enough to hold off the Pirates' flurry of opportunities in the second half in a 1-0 defeat Friday night at Chapey Field in Rhode Island.

Seton Hall is looking to snap a four-match losing streak.  The Pirates lone win came at home in their first match on Aug. 30.

Senior Carlton McKenzie currently ranks seventh in the BIG EAST Conference with 2.60 shots per game.  Stephen Elias is tied for sixth in the BIG EAST with three goals.  Goalkeeper Andreas Nota is tied for fourth in the BIG EAST with a .800 save percentage.

Despite their 1-4 record, the Pirates have out-shot their opponents, 65-to-63, this season, and have outscored their opponents 7-5.

Next Up
NJIT will return to ASUN Conference action on Saturday at 1:30pm when the Highlanders host Liberty.
