The Eagles enter Friday's match in first place in the ASUN with a 13-2 conference record and having already clinched at least a share of the ASUN Regular Season Championship. FGCU enters Friday's match with a 15-1 record in its last 16 matches.

Series History
FGCU owns a 9-0 series advantage over the Highlanders including a sweep earlier this season in Ft. Myers. All nine matches have come since NJIT entered the ASUN five years ago.
