NEWARK, NJ--The NJIT women's volleyball team will hit the road for its final mid-week game of the season when it travels to Georgia to take on Kennesaw St. in ASUN Conference action on Tuesday morning.

Honor Roll
NJIT players have picked up All-Tournament Team honors at each of the squad's four weekend events this season. Sarah Merritt was named to the All-Tournament Team at the season-opening Terrier Classic and the Tiger Invitational. while Madi Busler was named to the All-Tournament Team at the FDU Knights Fall Classic and Courtney Branch earned All-Tournament Team recognition at the Sacred Heart Invitational. 

Scouting Kennesaw
KSU heads into Tuesday morning's match with a 15-7 record this season and an impressive 8-2 mark in ASUN action. The Owls currently sit in second place in the ASUN standings, one match behind Florida Gulf Coast. KSU is coming off a loss to North Florida on Sunday. As a team, the Owls are one of the top offensive teams in the nation, recording 13.98 kills per set to lead the ASUN and rank 22nd in the NCAA. 

Series History
Tuesday's match will be the 10th meeting between the Highlanders and Owls, and KSU has won the previous nine including a 3-0 victory earlier this season in Newark.

UP NEXT
Following the match against the Owls, the Highlanders will return home for a pair of ASUN matches this weekend. NJIT will host North Florida on Friday at 6pm and Jacksonville on Sunday at noon.
