It's December can you believe it!?
 
Just to update you about the NJIT Women's Basketball team, we haven't had it easy thus far this season. We still have kinks to work out, but that is expected for such a brand new team like ours.
 
We beat Bucknell by a basket after we returned from the Thanksgiving break. It was a nail bitter! Since then we've had some tough games, one in particular, against University at Albany this past Tuesday (Dec. 10).  I was extremely proud of my team for the way we competed. We finally clicked as a unit and it was truly something special to see.
 
We have a home game next Thursday (Dec. 19) against Fairleigh Dickinson, for all of you who will still be on campus, we hope to see you in the stands!
 
It's Exam Week! I want to wish everyone good luck on their exams and once exams are over I hope everyone has a happy holiday and safe travels.
