NJIT, which has played its last four games on the road, will return home to the Estelle and Zoom Fleisher Athletic Center on Saturday, November 30 at 12pm, hosting Bucknell.

The Highlanders (1-6) are coming off a 58-53 road loss at St. Francis on Tuesday paced by Uju Nwankwo and Shakia Robinson with 13 points apiece.  NJIT's lone win of the 2013 season came at LIU Brooklyn on November 20, when freshman guard Alana Dudley drove the lane and scored the final two points of the game with :00.2 remaining, giving the Highlanders a dramatic 60-58 victory.

NJIT is led by graduate student Shakia Robinson, the only double-figure scorer on the team averaging 10.9ppg.  Robinson has scored in double-digits in four out of seven games with a high of 21 at Lehigh.

Junior Martina Matejcikova is the Highlanders second leading scorer with 9.4ppg followed by point guard Alyssa Albanese with 8.6ppg.  Albanese is the team leader with 25 assists.

Senior forward Uju Nwankwo is the Highlanders top rebounder with 8.4rpg and blocked shots (11).

Bucknell enters Saturday's contest with a 3-3 record, having won its previous two contests against Cornell and Youngtown State.

The Bison return their top two leading scorers in senior Shelby Romine and junior Audrey Dotson, who both averaged double-figures.  Romine, a two-time all-Patriot league selection, led Bucknell in scoring for the third consecutive season averaging 13.3ppg while Dotson ranked second on the team in scoring with 11.8ppg and 7.5ppg while leading the Bison in blocks (42) and steals (36).

This season, Dotson is averaging 18.0ppg and 9.2rpg while Romine ranks second averaging 12.3ppg and 4.0rpg.

Bucknell finished the 2012-13 season with a 15-16 mark, a 10-game improvement in the win column under Aaron Roussell, in his first season at Bucknell.  Bucknell earned a No. 6 seed in the 2013 Patriot League Tournament where the Bison upset No. 3 American in the quarterfinal but fell to eventual conference champion Navy in the semifinals.

The Bison are coming off a 66-41 win over Youngstown State after jumping out to an 18-point lead early in the contest and kept the momentum rolling until the final buzzer.  Dotson lit up the floor for Bucknell, scoring 22 points and pulling down 10 rebounds to record her third double-double of the season and the seventh of her career. The junior shot 7-of-14 (.500) from the field and was a perfect 7-of-7 from the line.
