RIVERDALE, NY -- Saturday January 30 marked the last dual meet of the season for the NJIT Swim Team, who traveled to Riverdale Country School to compete against Manhattan College.

Top performances included sophomore Shawn Bryan placing first in both the 200 Free and 100 Free.  In addition sophomore Marlon De la Rosa placed second in the 200 IM and first in the 100 Breaststroke.

Sophomore Jon Van Ostenbridge had a great meet where he swam seasonal bests in the 100 Backstroke and the 50 Free.

Junior Chris Early recorded a seasonal best in the 100 Breaststroke.  Junior Amy Cilento also swam seasonal bests in the 500 Free and the 50 Free.

The last meet of the swim season is the Metropolitan Conference Championships (also called METS).  The event is a 3 day weekend of swimming and takes place February 18 – 20 at Rutgers University, New Brunswick Campus.
