JERSEY CITY, NJ – On Saturday December 11, NJIT competed against Saint Peter's and Saint Francis (NY) at the Eugene and Teresa Imperatore Swimming and Diving Center.

Highlander Shawn Bryan placed third in the 50 freestyle and second in the 100 free.

Teammate Jon Van Ostenbridge swam a seasonal best in the 50 freestyle with a time of 24.27.

With a time of 1:00.37, Johannes Smit swam a personal best in the 100 freestyle.

In addition, the 200 breaststroke consisted of seasonal bests for Marlon De La Rosa and Chris Early with times of 2:25.82 and 2:37.55 respectively.

Their next meet will be after the winter break January 15 against Bryant.
