Tim Weiman was a double winner at sixth singles and third doubles as visiting New Jersey Institute of Technology fell 6-1 to Hofstra Tuesday afternoon in men's tennis action.
The Pride claimed victories in five out of six singles matches and two out of three doubles contests. The strongest NJIT showing came from junior Weiman, who defeated Ali Itil 6-2, 6-1 in sixth singles.
Weiman teamed up with Steve Arlt at third doubles and topped Matt Wacks and Itil 8-2.
The men's tennis team returns to action on April 12 at 3pm when they travel to LaSalle for their final game in 2007.
