The NJIT men went 1-1 on the day at the Columbia Invitational, defeating Johns Hopkins, 19-8, and dropping a close decision to host Columbia, 15-12.

Freshman Robert Hondor went undefeated on the day, combining for a 6-0 mark in epee competition.
