Justin Etts collects Male Athlete of the Week honors for driving in the game-winning run in the Highlanders 4-3 win over #22 FGCU on Sunday.
 
NJIT lost the first two games to the Eagles 9-1 and 3-1 on Friday and Saturday respectively.
 
Sunday was a different story, when Etts singled to left field scoring teammate Paul Franzoni in the top of the 9^th inning, giving the Highlanders the win over their ranked ASUN opponent.
 
Etts NJIT’s starting shortstop was 4-13 on the weekend and added six assists on defense, and leads the team with 67 assists.
