NJIT senior Rayven Johnson has been named Great West Conference Player of the Week after an outstanding performance in a win at Saint Peter's last week the league office announced Tuesday.

Johnson, a senior from Rahwey, NJ, posted her sixth double-double of the season leading the Highlanders with 23 points and 10 rebounds in a 62-35 victory at Saint Peter's.

The guard is averaging a double-double with 18 points and 10.1 rebounds having scored in double-figures in 10 out of 11 contests for NJIT.

Johnson was also named CollegeSportsMadness Player of the Week in the Great West Conference Monday.
