In a 1-1 week for the Highlanders, junior forward Uju Nwankwo put together two strong performances averaging 15ppg and 9rpg.

In a 68-57 loss at FDU, Nwankwo scored 11 points and grabbed eight rebounds for the NJIT and came back three days later registering her first double-double of the season at home in the Highlanders 55-42 victory over Delaware State, with 19 points and 10 rebounds.
