Freshman Danica Vukotic combined for 28 kills on 46 attempts with six errors for a .478 hitting percentage for the week.  Vukotic averaged 4.67kps.

In a 2-0 week for the Highlanders, Vukotic posted double-figure kills in both matches. 

Against Saint Peter's, in a 3-0 victory, the rookie posted 13 kills, three errors on 22 swings for a .455 hitting percentage. 

NJIT traveled to Great West Conference opponent Chicago State on Saturday defeating the Cougars, 3-0, led by Vukotic's 15 kills on 24 attempts and just three errors for a .500 hitting percentage.
