New Jersey Institute of Technology Athletics

Marshall Hill joined the NJIT Athletics staff in November 2024 after serving as the Event and Facility Operations Intern at Washington State University for three months. 
 

During his time as Washington State, Hill was responsible for managing numerous practicum student workers seeking school credit hours. He also assisted in organizing, creating, and distributing thousands of gameday credentials and parking passes across all departments for football games.

Prior to his role at Washington State, Hill was a Facilities, Events, and Operations Intern at Rutgers University. He contributed to various facility projects and maintenance tasks, including the installation of new Big Ten team logos and AEDs, surplus management and tracking, and the assessment of Yurack Stadium. Hill also helped oversee the day-to-day maintenance in the Bubble Indoor Facility while training other interns on how to identify and address preventative issues within the space.

Hill also served as a Maintenance Service Worker and Student Events Supervisor at Washington State Athletics.

Hill graduated from Washington State University in May 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in sport management and a minor in communications.
