Katrina Smedley

A 2013 graduate of College of William and Mary, Katrina joins the NJIT women’s soccer coaching staff for the start of the 2013 women’s soccer season.

Smedley, who majored in Kinesiology and Health Sciences with a concentration in Health Science and a minor in Psychology at William and Mary, was a Division I women’s soccer player, competing for The Tribe from 2009 to 2012.

She currently works for the New Jersey Olympic Development Program which identifies potential national youth players.

She is the second assistant coach for the East Windsor, NJ-based program, serving under Glenn Crooks, who is also the long-time head coach of women’s soccer at Rutgers.

Katrina, who is preparing to attend physical therapy school in the near future, served as Fitness and Wellness Coach and Therapist Aid in Williamsburg, VA, when she was a college senior.

She resides in Hamilton, NJ.
