2023-24: Clocked personal-best times in the 60m hurdles (9.55) and 600m (1:28.68) at the Seahawk Shootout...posted a personal-best 500m time of 1:12.05 at the Spartan Invitational...recorded a personal-best 400m time of 52.50 at the Mets Indoor Championships...achieved a personal-best 400m hurdles time of 59.22 at the Annual Legacy Track & Field Meet.
