2006-07: Tani competed at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional, hosted by the Knights of Fairleigh Dickinson at the Rothman Center in Hackensack, NJ on Saturday, March 10. ... an NCAA regional qualifier last spring, he the same in the sabre, as the Highlanders scored the narrow 5-4 win against Hunter in NJIT[apos]s season opener at Stevens.
2005-06: Qualified for the NCAA Mid-Atlantic/South Regionals placing 23rd in the sabre, hosted by Duke University on 3/4/06.
2004-05: Did not fence ... was an outside hitter for the men[apos]s volleyball team ... powerful swing.
Prior to NJIT: Attended Clifton High School in Clifton, NJ ... was named first-team all-county in volleyball 2001-03 ... third team all-state in 2003.
