2005: Finished in the top 25 in the CACC Championship race, 21st at 30:08.81 ... placed 12th in the Vassar Invitational shaving more than a minute off his 2004 time on the same course. 

2004: NJIT's top finisher in four of six races ... won the NJIT Classic ... three top 10 finishes and was 20th in the CACC meet. 

Prior to NJIT: Two-time all-league runner at Secaucus High ... honorable-mention all-county as a senior ... team won two league championships ... in track and field, was first-team all-county in the javelin ... NJSIAA Scholar Athlete Award winner.
