Sophomore Amanda Hefferan finished in the top three in three events this past weekend at the NJIT Invitational, including a first-place finish in the 5000 meter run at 21:01.69.

She finished second in the 1500 meter run at 5:28.40 eight seconds behind Saint Peter’s Tellisia Williams and third in the 400 meter hurdles, 1:18.91.
