Senior captain Jessica Aseng helped the NJIT women's soccer team move to 2-0 in ASUN play for the first time in program history by leading a back line that allowed only one goal in the Highlanders' two victories over Stetson and at North Alabama. Aseng also scored her first career goal against UNA en route to a 2-1 win for the Highlanders.
