Volleyball’s Jovana Baosic was honored as NJIT Female Athlete of the Week for her performance the Highlanders 3-2 win over Jacksonville.

NJIT posted their first ASUN Conference win of the season on Saturday night over the Dolphins with a come from behind 3-2 victory.

Baosic paced the Highlanders with 13 kills and three blocks, and was pivotal in their win tallying the final three points in the set to lift the Highlanders over Jacksonville 15-12.

Senior Baosic leads the team in total kills with 130 and ranks second on the team in blocks with 33.
