Mayar Eltony was selected as Female Athlete of the Week for her performance in the Highlanders ASUN match against FGCU on Thursday.
 
The Highlanders fell 6-1 to the Eagles and Eltony registered NJIT’s only point.
 
In second singles the sophomore defeated Julia Ascua 7-6 (7-2), 6-2).
